- This Agreement regulates the operation of the Internet exchange service BitFM.io, which provides services to Users.
- Internet Service – a software and hardware resource accessible at bitfm.io.
- User (Client) – an individual wishing to use the services of the service.
- The User and the Internet Service recognize the legal force of this Agreement, equating it to a written document.
- Before using the Service, the User undertakes to read and accept the terms of the Agreement. By clicking the “Continue” button, the Client agrees to the exchange rules.
Subject of the Agreement
The BitFM.io Internet service provides the User with services for the exchange of electronic funds belonging to certain payment systems or banks.
Rights and obligations of the parties
Obligations of the Internet service
- To provide electronic funds exchange services in accordance with this Agreement.
- To provide the User with information and technical support at all stages of service provision.
- To guarantee the confidentiality of transaction data.
- To provide discounts on services in cases stipulated by this Agreement.
Obligations of the User
- To have access to the Internet and ensure its security.
- Indicate reliable and up-to-date data for performing transactions.
- Do not use the service if it is malfunctioning and report problems to the support service.
- Notify the Service about incomplete or unconfirmed crediting of funds.
- Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Rights of the Internet Service Administration
- Suspend the service for maintenance.
- Block transactions until the data is confirmed to be accurate.
- Reject requests for services without explanation.
- Terminate cooperation with Users for inappropriate behavior.
Mandatory conditions for conducting an exchange
- Using the BitFM.io service for illegal transactions prohibited.
- The User is responsible for the legality of the sources of funds.
- Transactions through ATMs or bank operators are not considered.
- By clicking the “Proceed to payment” button, the User confirms his/her consent to the terms of this Agreement.

Privacy Policy
By using the BitFM.io service, the User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data. This consent is valid from the moment of providing data through the forms on the website.
